Bee Gees singer Robin Gibb is making "spectacular" progress in his cancer battle.

The 61-year-old musician - who has undergone seven rounds of chemotherapy in a bid to beat liver cancer - has been battling the disease for 18 months but says his doctor believes he is winning the fight.
