Simon Cowell thinks last year's 'X Factor' was "crappy".

The 52-year-old music mogul - who quit the panel of the ITV1 show to launch the US version of the talent series - admitted there "wasn't enough raw talent" to the extent that the entire competition, which was won by girlband Little Mix, felt "sub-standard".
