Simon Cowell and Cheryl Cole have called a truce on their feud.

The Girls Aloud singer and the music mogul – who fell out after he axed her as a judge from the US version of 'X Factor' after barely a week - have become friends again after Cowell rang the 28-year-old beauty and "pleaded" for the pair to be make up.
