Kelly to have foot op

Kelly Osbourne is to have both of her feet broken.

The ‘Fashion Police’ star has been plagued with problems for years – including painful bunions and flat feet - but she has decided to finally have surgery to correct her ailments and will be left unable to walk for a month afterwards.
