Spanish authorities fine U2 over noise levels

U2 have been fined for practicing too loud in Spain.

The 'Get On Your Boots' rockers reportedly breached noise levels, during rehearsals for their present '360 Degree' world tour, angering locals and incurring a fine of €18,000.
