Stewart: Media coverage 'like being raped'

'Twilight' star Kristen Stewart says the media circus surrounding her private life has left her feeling like a rape victim.

The actress is the target of tabloid speculation over her relationship with Robert Pattinson, but says she "can't handle" having cameras constantly in her face.
