Jamie Foxx would love to replace Simon Cowell on 'American Idol'.

The singer-and-actor insists he hasn't yet been approached to take over from the music mogul when he departs the US talent search TV show at the end of its current run - but thinks it would be an easy opportunity to make a lot of money.
