Florence: 'The X-Factor' is 'too shiny' for me

Chart star and Mercury Prize nominee Florence Welch said she would have been knocked back immediately on TV’s 'The X Factor'.

The singer – who has won huge acclaim for debut album Lungs under the name Florence And The Machine – reckons her delivery would have failed to chime with public tastes.
