Cowell offers Eminem 'X Factor' role

Simon Cowell has offered Eminem a job.

The rapper issued a 'come and get me' plea to Simon last week to be a judge on UK TV talent show ‘The X Factor’ and now the music mogul says he would be delighted to welcome Eminem onto the panel.
