Brown announces tour plans

Chris Brown – who pleaded guilty to assaulting on/off girlfriend Rihanna earlier this year – has announced plans to perform at a series of small venues.

The 'Run It' singer revealed the news on his Twitter page, saying he would play 15-20 dates at smaller venues.
