Jackson doctor: 'Truth will prevail'

Michael Jackson's personal physician Dr Conrad Murray has posted a message to YouTube to thank people who have emailed him messages of support.

Dr Murray, 51, has been identified in court papers as the subject of a manslaughter investigation in connection with Michael Jackson's death.
