Gordon Ramsay is terrified of eating out in case chefs want “revenge”.

The ‘Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares’ host says he is convinced kitchen staff will sabotage his meals after several years touring restaurants for his show, which sees him revive the fortunes of flagging eateries, shouting at staff and even having some chefs fired.
