Brown charged in attack on snapper

Troubled R&B star Chris Brown is facing another legal assault from a photographer who was attacked by the singer's bodyguards.

The snapper is suing Brown for assault and battery and false imprisonment after he was allegedly held down while trying to take photos of the singer playing basketball at a Los Angeles gym in March, according to TMZ.com.
