Allen: Kids should try drugs

Pop star Lily Allen has sparked outrage by encouraging parents to tell their children to try illegal drugs.

The 'Smile' hitmaker insists hard drugs such as cocaine and ecstasy may not harm users, and is adamant parents should allow their offspring to experiment.
