Benjamin Button tops global box office
Brad Pitt's 'The Curious Case of Benjamin Button' has shot to the top of the global box office, raking in weekend takings of $31m (€23.8m) in 47 markets.
The David Fincher-directed film came atop film fan's to-see list, debuting at number one in the UK, Spain and France, making it the second-biggest international opener of 2009, just behind 'Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa'.
