Mickey Rourke's ex-wife has blasted the actor's hardman reputation by detailing a list of his secret phobias and branding him the most "thin-skinned" man she ever met.

Rourke, who won a Golden Globe last week for his role in 'The Wrestler', earned a name for himself as a hellraiser after countless run-ins with police and hot-headed rows with movie executives over the years.
