Lohan blames paparazzi for limited charity work

Lindsay Lohan has blasted the media for criticising her whenever she tries to do some good for charity, because the press dismisses her efforts as "publicity stunts".

Lohan has become a tabloid favourite since shooting to Hollywood stardom in 'Mean Girls' at the age of 18.
