'Indiana Jones' named 2008's top movie

'Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull' was the world's biggest hit outside America in 2008.

The sequel raked in $469.5m (€351m )- $4m (€2.99m) more than 'The Dark Knight'.
