No Chinese release for 'The Dark Knight'

Movie bosses have sidestepped releasing record-breaking 'Batman' movie 'The Dark Knight' in mainland China due to "cultural sensitivities", according to reports.

The film, starring Christian Bale and the late Heath Ledger, originally hit the big screen in July and has so far grossed more than $996.8m (€719.5m) worldwide.
