Cruise: 'I wanted to marry Katie after first date'

Tom Cruise has admitted he wanted to marry wife Katie Holmes after their first date.

“I knew I wanted to marry Kate when I met her,” he tells The New York Times Style Magazine, adding that he bought her an engagement ring soon after their first date in 2005.
