Simpson feared for health at her country showcase

Jessica Simpson was so nervous at a listening party for her new country music album, she warned guests she might vomit.

The singer performed all the tracks from new LP 'Do You Know' for 200 record industry figures at Nashville, Tennessee's Shermerhorn Symphony Center on Thursday.
