Fourth Indiana Jones film is Spielberg's biggest hit

'Indiana Jones and The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull' has given director Steven Spielberg his biggest global opening ever with a stunning $311m (€197.4m) five-day haul.

The fourth film in the Indiana Jones franchise has hit number one at box offices in 62 countries around the world, following its release last week.
