Pop superstar Madonna fears she is only famous for taking off her clothes - but insists she was once a prude.

The 'Like A Virgin' hitmaker regrets posing almost naked on the front cover of her 1982 book 'Sex', believing the daring move led people to brand her an exhibitionist.
