Madonna desperate to downsize shows

Pop superstar Madonna is desperate to downsize her live shows - because she wants to perform in more intimate venues.

The singer, who played to arena audiences of thousands on 'The Confessions Tour' in 2006, insists it is her dream to scale down her gigs and instead sing live in an opera house.
