Britney Spears has a new bodyguard - Lindsay Lohan's former Israeli Army-trained tough guy.

The minder was spotted at the wheel of the car that arrived to pick Spears up from UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles when the singer was discharged on Wednesday.
