Baldwin 'too old' for leading roles

Oscar nominee Alec Baldwin fears he is washed up in Hollywood at 49 - because there are too many actors competing for too few roles.

The star of 'The Departed' has turned his back on starring roles in the movie business to concentrate on TV comedy show '30 Rock', because he worries he is getting too old for the big screen.
