DiCaprio's neighbours given 15 days to change lawsuit
A judge has ordered the neighbours suing Leonardo Dicaprio for allegedly damaging their property by building a basketball court to amend their lawsuit within 15 days or have their complaint dismissed.
In legal papers filed in May 2007, Ronald and Joan Linclau claimed the actor's recreation area has caused damage to their Los Angeles property since 2004.
