Ludricrous yet compelling horror in Wrong Turn 2

'Wrong Turn 2: Dead End The Extreme Edition' (Fox, €24.99) takes my least favourite people — TV reality show contestants — and pits six of them in a race to win a $100,000 prize by evading the clutches of a bunch of cannibals.

It’s ludicrous stuff, of course, yet it’s also strangely compelling — if you can avert your eyes from the gore. It’s one way of getting rid of contestants anyway, and would save a fortune on phone-ins.
