Neighbours take legal action against DiCaprio

Neighbours of US actor Leonardo DiCaprio have been told they will need more proof if they want to sue him for building a basketball court they claim destabilised their house.

A judge said for the second time in three months yesterday that the complaint is not complete enough to go forward.
