Stone begins Colombian hostage mission

Director Oliver Stone has travelled to Colombia to collect three hostages who are to be released by Marxist rebels.

The 'Platoon' filmmaker was in Venezuela to film a documentary about Latin America and North America when he decided to accompany the Venezuelan-led air mission to pick up the hostages.
