Smith's kids 'still have to audition'

He may be one of the biggest power players in Hollywood, but Will Smith’s kids Jayden and Willow have to audition to appear in movies like everybody else.

“We make our kids audition and all that – we don’t do the nepotism thing,” says Will whose daughter Willow stars alongside him in new blockbuster 'I Am Legend'.
