Beyonce cancels gig following Kurdish attack on soldiers

A concert by singer Beyonce has been cancelled in Istanbul out of respect for the 12 soldiers killed in a Kurdish rebel attack.

The show on Wednesday was part of her world tour, and was organised by soccer club Fenerbahce to mark its 100th anniversary.
