Penn calls for photographers to be 'locked up'

Sean Penn hates paparazzi photographers so much he wants to see them imprisoned.

The Mystic River star has long harboured a resentment towards the paparazzi - he was once arrested for scrapping with a photographer while dating pop superstar Madonna and was also accused of manhandling members of the press at his brother's funeral in 2006.
