Mills upset by parking ticket

One-legged model-turned-reality TV star Heather Mills was left raging after a New York traffic cop cited her for parking her car in a disabled bay - without displaying her handicapped sticker.

The former wife of Sir Paul McCartney caught the cop writing her a ticket in the Hamptons and tried to explain that he was making a big mistake.
