'Wilson is doing well': Wes Anderson

Recovering star Owen Wilson is "doing very well", his close friend director Wes Anderson has revealed.

Wilson returned to his home in Santa Monica, California on Sunday, six days after he was hospitalised following a reported suicide attempt.
