Gabriel Byrne has launched a scathing attack on US talk show queen Oprah Winfrey for promoting 'unrealistic' beauty.

The 57-year-old actor blasts 'O, The Oprah Winfrey Magazine' for its use of heavily-doctored images, insisting it gives the public a distorted idea of how a normal person should look.
