Anderson offers support to Spears

Actress Pamela Anderson has come to the defence of troubled pop star Britney Spears - telling the media to stop hounding the singer while she completes her stint in rehab.

The former Baywatch beauty believes reporters should be more positive about Spears' attempts to overcome her battle with substance abuse.
