Piper admits anorexia battle

British actress Billie Piper has admitted her ongoing battle with anorexia in her new autobiography Growing pains.

The 24-year-old Doctor Who star, who married English radio star Chris Evans at the age of 18, suffered from anorexia for two years before her marriage.
