R&B superstar Janet Jackson is desperate to prove herself as an actress and win an Oscar once she has finished promoting her new album.

The All For You hitmaker was forced to drop out of her planned role un upcoming movie Tennessee to concentrate on finishing 20 Years Old, despite putting on weight for the part.
