Pavarotti describes battle for health

Veteran tenor Luciano Pavarotti has rubbished reports his pancreatic cancer battle will leave him unable to sing again - as he is determined to hit the stage soon as he has recovered.

The 70-year-old Nessun Dorma star had to halt his farewell tour in order to battle the disease, but he insists he will pick it up next year.
