Television drama The 4400 better than you think

Television drama has taken several leaps into the world of aliens and the unusual, and among those with its head above the parapets still is The 4400 Season 2 (Paramount, €59.95).

The 4400 is about a bunch of people returned after being taken by future humans to save mankind. Quite a good series this, despite what you might think.
