Anna Nicole Smith pulled out of her own movie premiere in New York on Wednesday over security fears.

The actress/model was shaken up by photographers and reporters, who crowded her when she arrived at the Supreme Court in Washington, DC on Tuesday and she feared a repeat at the launch of her new film.
