Pavarotti slams surgery rumours

Italian opera legend Luciano Pavarotti has slammed rumours he has had surgery on his stomach after being seen struggling to wade out of the water on holiday in the Caribbean.

The larger-than-life tenor, 70, prompted speculation he had undergone a tummy-tuck operation to reduce his portly stomach.
