Kate Moss burst into tears when she met her friend Naomi Campbell for the first time since her 30-day stint in rehab.

Moss, who lost several lucrative modelling contracts after pictures of her purportedly snorting cocaine appeared in a British newspaper, was overwhelmed to see her old friend again.
