R Kelly attempts to get charges dismissed

Troubled R&B star R Kelly made an appearance in a Chicago, Illinois, court on Friday to make yet another attempt to get child-pornography charges against him dismissed.

The Ignition singer's attorneys argued that the prosecutors' phrasing that Kelly "knew or should have known" that the girl was underage was contradictory, vague and unconstitutional, reports MTV News.
