Iggy Pop lands festival with fine

Punk rocker Iggy Pop plays music too loud, according to officials in the Swiss city of Lucerne.

Pop, 58, reached a decibel level of 102.5 while performing at last summer’s Blue Balls Festival, criminal investigation authorities in Lucerne said today.
