Kylie denies using alternative therapist

Kylie Minogue sent a message to her fans today insisting she was in good spirits, and denying reports that she was getting help from an alternative therapist for breast cancer.

The 37-year-old also said she hadn't dramatically lost weight as she underwent treatment in Paris.
