British censors have backed down and allowed Ricky Gervais's prostate cancer charity advert to air on the radio before 9pm.

The Radio Advertising Clearance Centre stepped in and ruled the radio ad should only go out from 9pm to 6am because of a squishy sound in the ad when the doctor - played by Gervais - inserts his finger in a patient's bottom.
