Music comes first for Duff

American singer Hilary Duff refuses to mime on her tour because it ruins the spontaneity of music - buts still insists she respects fellow pop star Britney Spears' despite lip-synching.

Duff says she understands how hard it is to sing perfectly while dancing but has no qualms about hitting a wrong note or forgetting her words, because she believes music comes first.
