Angelina Jolie's adopted son Maddox shocked crew members at a recent photo shoot in California - by calling Brad Pitt "Daddy".

Jolie and Pitt have repeatedly denied reports they are a couple, since Pitt and Aniston ended their five-year marriage in January.
